Degree program: MSc Management

The general purpose of this module is to familiarize students with HR management as an operational and strategic tool for leveraging organizational performance. The module takes a practical view that fuses the contribution of the behavioral sciences with the technical aspects of implementing the HR function in the ‘real world’. All managers, regardless of their specialization, play an integral role in carrying out intelligent HR policies and practices in their organization in order to drive top performance.
